• To reinforce this commitment, we offer Fabric Assurance on eligible products, subject to the terms below.

• Colour Fastness – Up to 3 Months
• Covered if the garment shows abnormal fading, patchy discoloration, or dye bleeding under normal wash conditions.
• Not covered if damage occurs due to: Hot water washing, Use of bleach or harsh detergents, Prolonged sun drying
• Skin Sensitivity – Up to 6 Months
• Covered if the fabric causes unexpected skin irritation during normal usage.
• Conditions: Claim must be raised at first occurrence, Photographic proof required.
• If you have a certificate from a doctor that your body itched because of the T-shirt you wearing, you can apply for a replacement T-shirt.
• Not covered if irritation is due to: Personal allergies, Existing skin conditions, Improper hygiene or extended unwashed use
• Shrinkage – Up to 12 Months
• Covered if shrinkage 5% of original garment dimensions despite proper wash-care compliance.
