At Bewackyy, every garment is designed for durability, comfort, and everyday wear.
To reinforce this commitment, we offer Fabric Assurance on eligible products, subject to the terms below.

🛡️ Coverage Breakdown

1. Colour Fastness – Up to 3 Months

  • Covered if the garment shows abnormal fading, patchy discoloration, or dye bleeding under normal wash conditions.
  • Not covered if damage occurs due to: Hot water washing, Use of bleach or harsh detergents, Prolonged sun drying.

2. Skin Sensitivity – Up to 6 Months

  • Covered if the fabric causes unexpected skin irritation during normal usage.
  • Conditions: Claim must be raised at first occurrence, Photographic proof required.
  • If you have a certificate from a doctor that your body itched because of the T-shirt you wearing, you can apply for a replacement T-shirt.
  • Not covered if irritation is due to: Personal allergies, Existing skin conditions, Improper hygiene or extended unwashed use

3. Shrinkage – Up to 12 Months

  • Covered if shrinkage 5% of original garment dimensions despite proper wash-care compliance. Not covered if caused by: Hot washing, Tumble drying, Incorrect size selection

  • Fabric Assurance applies only to manufacturing defects
  • Customer must follow wash-care instructions
  • Valid only for original purchaser. So, ensuring all stickers/labels are proof (bewackyy.com)
  • One-time replacement per order
  • Replacement will be same or equivalent product
  • No refunds under Fabric Assurance
  • Bewackyy reserves the right to inspect and approve claims
  • This 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to damage caused by improper use, washing, or customer handling.
