• We offer free shipping on all orders.
• Please choose the prepaid option instead of COD to avoid an INR 100 handling fee per product.
• Returned orders COD & Prepaid refunds will be credited to your Bewackyy Wallet.
• We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers/labels/Tag are intact. This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s). Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or exchange.

• At Bewackyy, every garment is designed for durability, comfort, and everyday wear.
• To reinforce this commitment, we offer Fabric Assurance on eligible products, subject to the terms below.
🛡️ Coverage Breakdown
• Colour Fastness – Up to 3 Months
• Covered if the garment shows abnormal fading, patchy discoloration, or dye bleeding under normal wash conditions.
• Not covered if damage occurs due to: Hot water washing, Use of bleach or harsh detergents, Prolonged sun drying
• Skin Sensitivity – Up to 6 Months
• Covered if the fabric causes unexpected skin irritation during normal usage.
• Conditions: Claim must be raised at first occurrence, Photographic proof required.
• If you have a certificate from a doctor that your body itched because of the T-shirt you wearing, you can apply for a replacement T-shirt.
• Not covered if irritation is due to: Personal allergies, Existing skin conditions, Improper hygiene or extended unwashed use
• Shrinkage – Up to 12 Months
• Covered if shrinkage 5% of original garment dimensions despite proper wash-care compliance.
• Not covered if caused by: Hot washing, Tumble drying, Incorrect size selection
